当施設では日曜日も営業しており、ご利用者様にゆっくりと楽しい時間を過ごしていただいています。
Our facility is open on Sundays, where everyone can relax and enjoy their time with us.
本日は、日曜日の施設の様子や昼食、レクリエーションの様子をご紹介します✨
Today, we’d love to share a glimpse of our Sunday—our daily activities, lunch, and recreation .
ご利用者様はお風呂の順番を待ちながら、脳トレをしたり、運動をしたり、同じテーブルの方と楽しく話したりして過ごされていました。
The users spent their time waiting for their turn for a bath by doing brain exercises, engaging in light physical activities, and enjoying conversations with others at their table.
昼食は私が準備しました。
I had the pleasure of preparing lunch for everyone.
本日の昼食は、かつ丼と味噌汁、副菜でした😊
Today’s meal was a delicious tonkatsu rice bowl, served with miso soup and side dishes .
とても美味しそうでした😀
It looked absolutely delicious .
午後からはレクリエーションの時間でした。
In the afternoon, it was time for recreation.
カラオケや体操、朝の脳トレの答え合わせを行い、スタッフも一緒にサポートしながら楽しく体と頭を動かしました。
We enjoyed karaoke, light exercise, and reviewed the morning activities, with staff supporting everyone while keeping both body and mind active in a fun way.
15時になると、おやつの時間です。
At 3:00 PM, it was snack time.
おやつを食べた後は、帰る時間までゲームをして楽しく過ごしました。
After snacks, everyone spent time playing games together and enjoying each other’s company until it was time to go home.
ゲームでは、お手玉（おてだま）を点数のあるところに投げました。
For our game, we threw beanbags (otedama/ojami) toward different scoring areas.
満点は1000点で、高い点数を取った人が勝ちです。
The perfect score was 1000 points, and whoever got the highest score won.
皆様順番にゲームに参加されました。
Everyone took turns joining the game.
最初は「難しい！」と言われる方もいましたが、皆様頑張っておられました。
At first, some found it a bit difficult, but everyone did their best.
一日はあっという間でしたが、楽しい時間でした😊 💞
The day flew by, and it was truly a joyful and heartwarming time.
